We are looking for a Calling & Order Management Executive to handle customer calls, convert enquiries into orders, and manage the complete order and courier tracking process for Ayurvedic medicines.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a sales-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries related to Ayurvedic medicines.
- Make outbound calls to interested customers and generate orders.
- Explain product details, usage, dosage, pricing and ordering process clearly to customers.
- Convert genuine customer enquiries into successful orders.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not placed an order.
- Enter and maintain customer and order details on computer/Google Sheets.
- Manage COD and prepaid orders.
- Prepare and coordinate daily courier dispatches.
- Update courier AWB/tracking numbers and maintain shipment records.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed, undelivered and RTO orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, cancellations, delivered shipments and RTOs.
- Prepare daily sales and calling reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for packing, dispatch and order fulfilment.
Requirements
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Computer, Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales/calling experience will be preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, telecalling, courier or order management will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- 1+ year experience in telecalling, sales, customer support or order management.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Candidate should be responsible, organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
