Role Description The Tele Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vishakhapatnam. In this role, the Tele Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential candidates about job opportunities and collect necessary information.
Responsibilities include explaining job requirements clearly, answering questions, updating candidate records, and coordinating follow-ups or interview schedules.
The Tele
Caller will maintain call logs, meet daily and weekly calling targets,
and provide feedback on candidate responses to the recruitment team. This role involves working closely with team members and adhering to company guidelines and scripts while maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Qualifications
- Solid verbal communication skills and clear telephone etiquette, with the ability to explain information in a simple and professional manner.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office tools and data entry in CRM or spreadsheet systems.
- Ability to listen actively, handle objections, and respond to queries with patience and confidence.
- Organizational skills to manage call volumes, maintain accurate records, and follow up within agreed timeframes.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to stay motivated and focused throughout the day.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or recruitment coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in any discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate with a diverse team in a professional setting.
