# Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals for various US-based client requirements. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates to ensure successful placements while maintaining excellent candidate relationships.

# Key Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.




- Manage candidate records and recruitment activities through ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with account managers, clients, and vendors to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and social media channels.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

# Required Skills

- Experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

# Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in US Staffing or IT Recruitment preferred.
- Familiarity with technical skill sets and IT industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
