nRole Overview

nCatnip Infotech is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and Agentic AI implementation projects.

nThe candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including requirements assessment, solution planning, technical coordination, customer communication, resource management, risk management, governance, and successful production deployment.

nKey Responsibilities

n Manage the complete lifecycle of RPA and Agentic AI projects—from discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment and support.

nConduct process-discovery workshops with customers and identify automation and AI opportunities.

n Translate business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories and project plans.

nWork closely with RPA developers, AI engineers, solution architects, business analysts, infrastructure teams and customer stakeholders.

n Prepare project scope, effort estimates, timelines, resource plans, milestones and delivery schedules.

nManage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.

n Lead RPA implementations using platforms such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Automate.

nCoordinate the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions involving AI agents, LLMs, APIs, enterprise applications, databases and knowledge repositories.

n Understand agent orchestration, prompt workflows, human-in-the-loop processes, tool calling, RAG and enterprise AI integrations.

nEnsure secure integration with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, HRMS, CRM, ERP, email, document management platforms and customer portals.

n Coordinate infrastructure, cloud, on-premises, cybersecurity and access-related requirements.

nTrack project progress, dependencies, issues, risks, change requests and mitigation actions.

n Conduct daily or weekly project reviews and provide accurate status reports to customers and internal management.

nMaintain project documentation, including project plans, MOMs, RAID logs, change-control records, test reports and acceptance documents.

n Establish delivery governance,



quality controls and escalation mechanisms.

nEnsure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, data privacy policies and responsible-AI principles.

n Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, performance testing, production deployment and hypercare support.

nMonitor automation success rates, AI response quality, accuracy, adoption and business benefits after deployment.

n Manage customer expectations and maintain solid relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

nSupport presales activities by contributing to solution proposals, effort estimations, demonstrations, SOWs and technical presentations.

n Mentor team members and encourage timely, high-quality and accountable project delivery.

nIdentify opportunities for project expansion, additional automation and AI-led transformation.

nRequired Technical Knowledge

n Strong understanding of RPA architecture, bot development, orchestration, scheduling and exception handling.

nFamiliarity with RPA platforms such as IBM RPA, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.

n Understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and multi-agent workflows.

nKnowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering and knowledge-base integration.

n Understanding of API integration, REST services, JSON, webhooks and database connectivity.

nFamiliarity with Python, .NET, JavaScript or similar technologies is preferred.

n Knowledge of SQL and enterprise databases.

nUnderstanding of cloud and on-premises deployment models.

n Familiarity with Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.

nAwareness of application security, RBAC, IAM, credential vaults, audit logging and data privacy.

n Experience with Agile, Scrum and traditional project-management methodologies.

nWorking knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent tools.

nEducational Qualification

n Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

nMBA or postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.

n PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master,



SAFe or similar certification is preferred.

nRPA, cloud or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage.

nExperience Requirements

n 7–12 years of overall IT experience.

nMinimum 3–5 years of experience managing automation, RPA, AI, analytics or digital-transformation projects.

n Proven experience delivering customer-facing enterprise technology projects.

nExperience managing cross-functional technical teams.

n Experience in BFSI, manufacturing, real estate, HR, finance, supply chain or other enterprise domains will be advantageous.

nExperience handling multiple customers or projects concurrently is preferred.
