Role Description The Technical Manager role at JLL India is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Technical

Manager oversees the technical operations of assigned facilities, ensuring reliable building systems, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, coordinating technical support for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and other building services, and supervising vendor and contractor performance. The role involves planning and executing technical projects, monitoring service quality and costs, and implementing improvements in efficiency and sustainability.

The Technical

Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams,



provides technical guidance to site staff, and prepares regular reports on facility performance and project progress.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, evaluate performance metrics, and support decision-making.
