nRole & responsibilities

n• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Graphic Designers and Video Editors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.

n• Allocate and prioritize work, monitor project timelines, and optimize team productivity.

n• Review and approve graphic designs, videos, motion graphics, and creative concepts before final delivery.

n• Design and oversee creatives for:

n1. Social media campaigns

n2. Digital marketing assets (banners, emailers, website creatives, landing pages)

n3. Print media (brochures, flyers, standees, posters, branding collateral)

n4. Corporate presentations and marketing materials

n5. Event and promotional creatives

nRequired Skills & Competencies

n• 7–8 years of experience in Graphic Design and creative content production.

n• Minimum 3–4 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.





n• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as

nAdobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent).

n• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, colour correction, typography, layout design, branding,

nand visual storytelling.

n• Ability to review, guide, and mentor both Graphic Designers and Video Editors while maintaining

nquality standards.

n• Solid project management, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
