We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in insurance sales, team handling, lead management, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Drive insurance sales and business development activities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve targets.
- Train and support team members to improve performance.
- Monitor daily team activities and maintain performance reports.
- Ensure proper customer handling and follow-up.
- Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the team follows company policies and sales processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector preferred.
- Previous experience in team handling or sales leadership will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Candidates with experience in insurance sales, agency, bancassurance, or related financial services are preferred.
