We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable U.S. Income Tax Return preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing tax returns for accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax laws. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly.

Key responsibilities:

· Preparation of various returns like 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120-S, 1065 etc.

· Working as part of integrated engagements consisting of managers, principals, and partners completing various tax engagements.

· Developing an intimate working knowledge of the firm's technology and research techniques, in order to advance both your contributions to the team and our clients.





· Commitment to your professional development by understanding the work assigned to you, including collaborating with team members.

· Continuous career progression, including working towards passing the CPA exam.

· Assist with training and mentoring of new Associates.

Qualification:

· US Taxation: 1-2 years (Required)

· Individual Returns 1040, 1041: 1-2 years (Required)

· Corporate return 1120-1120-S: 1-2years (Required)

· Partnership Returns 1065: 1-2 years (Required)

· ProSeries, CCH, or Drake Tax: 1-2 years (Required)

· Bachelor's (Preferred)

Requirements:

· Bachelors in accounting, Finance or Business (preferred)

· 1-2 years of tax compliance experience within a public accounting firm

· Proficiency with ProSeries, CCH, Drake, or similar software

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
