Hiring | Tax Senior – 1065 | Real Estate / Financial Services We are looking for Tax Seniors with solid US Tax - Form 1065 experience to join a leading global accounting and advisory firm.
Experience: 3+ years in US Taxation We have two specialized openings:
Tax Senior – Financial Services
Experience with Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds or similar financial services structures is required. Tax Senior – Real Estate
Experience with Real Estate / REIT clients is required. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review US Partnership Tax – Form 1065 returns
Review Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3
Handle Federal , state & local tax filing requirements
Review tax returns and supporting workpapers for accuracy and compliance
Perform tax planning,
projections and research on complex tax matters
Identify tax issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Manage client engagements from planning through finalization
Work closely with US counterparts and clients
Review work performed by junior team members and provide guidance
Mentor and support team members in technical and professional development Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
3+ years of progressive US Tax experience
Strong Form 1065 / Partnership Tax experience
Relevant industry experience in Financial Services or Real Estate/REITs is mandatory
Client-facing / US counterpart experience preferred
CPA / CA / EA is an added advantage
