- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Compliance and practical experience managing statutory filings.
- Candidates should possess solid Tax Preparation skills, including working on tax returns, computations, and supporting documentation.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Tax and Tax Law, with the ability to research and interpret relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial statements.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA/CMA in progress) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax/compliance software, attention to detail, and strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, and strong time-management skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in tax or accounting firms, or exposure to GST and income tax processes, will be beneficial.
