About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Management & Acquisition Associate to support the day-to-day coordination of therapist hiring, onboarding, and panel documentation, while also helping capture and organize therapist feedback that shapes our product and processes. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, following through on every step, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently manage end-to-end hiring for both Indian and international therapists for the panel, based on evolving requirements, with speed, sharp judgment, and minimal turnaround time.
- Collect and track feedback from therapists on product features, platform experience, and internal processes.
- Follow up with therapists to understand whether issues or newly launched features are working effectively after changes are made.
- Consolidate recurring feedback and insights into clear, structured summaries for the team.
- Coordinate documentation, contracts, orientation sessions,



and profile activation for incoming therapists.
- Maintain the hiring and onboarding tracker, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Update the Therapist Playbook based on approved policy and process changes.
- Ensure playbook information remains current, accurate, and clearly communicated to the panel.
- Track playbook updates and therapist acknowledgements where required.

What We Are Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination-heavy TA/HR role, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines independently and at pace.
- Highly diligent and proactive, with a go-getter attitude and comfortable owning therapists hiring end-to-end and driving closures independently.
- Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail and great at managing multiple trackers, timelines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and ensure closure on pending items without repeated reminders.
- Comfort working with documentation, sheets, and structured processes.
- Prior experience in healthtech, mental health, or a similar people-facing operations role is a plus.
