Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter–Edtech role is a full time, on-site position based in Kalyan. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for roles across the organization, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job openings, evaluating applications, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.





The role also involves maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating hiring records, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. The recruiter will work closely with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and help build a strong, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess candidate fit and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should ideally have experience recruiting for EdTech or education-focused organizations and familiarity with roles in sales, counseling, academic operations, and digital marketing.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time management abilities, proficiency with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or HR, is preferred.
