Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume recruitment and end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and walk-in drives.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and senior management.
- Ensure timely interview coordination, follow-ups, reminders, and candidate engagement.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS,



data, and reports using Advanced Excel and MS Word.
- Drive and implement social media recruitment initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-based recruitment tools and platforms will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in volume hiring will be preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and senior management.
