We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our RPO Recruitment Team and work closely with leading clients

? Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure
- Hiring across Tech, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales & Operations
- Build and manage talent pipelines
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders
- Manage candidate experience and interview coordination
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring updates

? Must-Have Requirements

• 1+ year of end-to-end recruitment experience

- Agency or early-stage Tech Startup experience preferred

• Robust hiring experience across Product, Tech & Design roles

- Experience recruiting for Indian startups/Product companies

• US/International recruitment experience is not relevant for this role

• Must be available to join within 7–10 days

- • Comfortable working 5 Days WFO in Pune
