Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through end-to-end recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry partners to stay updated on market trends.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills for building solid relationships with clients/candidates/employers.
