We are hiring System Administrators to join a Top US MNC managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and mission-critical systems that support global business operations and digital platforms.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure, ensure high availability and security of enterprise systems, and collaborate with globally distributed infrastructure, cloud, security, and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security to ensure reliable operations.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, file services, and identity management.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and routine maintenance activities.
- Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot server, operating system, network, storage, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with cloud, network, security, and application teams to maintain enterprise infrastructure.
- Automate routine administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, incident response, and on-call support when required.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Infrastructure Administrator.
- Strong experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user administration.
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.




- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Experience with backup, recovery, monitoring, and system management tools.
- Familiarity with scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Understanding of enterprise security best practices, system hardening, and access management.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience administering cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, or Entra ID administration.
- Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Experience with monitoring solutions such as Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Exposure to storage technologies, SAN/NAS environments, and disaster recovery planning.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, AWS, Azure, or Linux certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments with high availability and business continuity requirements.
