Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (Physics, Chemistry, Science) will design, review, and update academic and professional learning content for PPStack’s digital platforms and training programs. This full-time remote role involves creating high-quality study materials, problem sets, solution guides, and assessments that align with curricula and industry needs in physics, chemistry, and general science. The expert will collaborate with instructional designers and other educators to structure courses, ensure conceptual clarity, and integrate real-world applications and digital tools into the content.

Daily responsibilities include validating scientific accuracy, simplifying complex topics for diverse learner levels, supporting AI-powered learning experiences,



and providing subject-specific guidance for webinars, workshops, and crash courses. The role may also include mentoring learners, addressing content-related queries, and contributing to ongoing research and innovation in learning technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core Physics concepts and Physics Education, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and accurately.
- Expertise in Radiation and Medical Physics, including safety principles and practical applications in relevant fields.
- Background in Theoretical Physics, with experience in modeling, problem-solving, and advanced analytical reasoning.
- Ability to integrate physics knowledge into broader science and education contexts, supporting interdisciplinary learning.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Physics or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience in teaching, research, or industry may be considered.
- Experience in curriculum design, assessment creation, or e-learning content development for academic or skilled programs.
- Proficiency with digital tools and learning platforms; comfort working with AI-driven or technology-enhanced education solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience in physics, chemistry, or science is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to learner success, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in educational content and pedagogy.
