PE Upskill LLP is hiring 15 Admission Counselors for our DBA Program in Noida.

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)

Freshers: Excellent communicators with a strong learning attitude are welcome!

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective candidates for the DBA program
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Achieve monthly & quarterly admission targets
- Manage leads and updates through CRM
- Handle queries and objections professionally
- Coordinate admission documentation and onboarding





What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong counseling, persuasion & negotiation skills

Target-oriented & self-motivated approach

Good follow-up and objection-handling skills

Experience in EdTech / Higher Education / Inside Sales is a plus
