Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our robotic vacuum cleaner retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customers, supervising store staff, maintaining inventory, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling

- Manage daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Attend customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable robotic vacuum cleaners.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, warranty, and offers.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Convert walk-in customers into successful sales.

Store Operations

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, attractive, and properly displayed.
- Ensure all products and demo units are in working condition.
- Maintain proper opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store SOPs.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with the warehouse/team for stock requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, product movement, and demo units.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper handling and security of products.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide store sales staff.




- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
- Train team members on product features, demonstrations, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily sales and store performance reports.
- Maintain records of sales, stock, customer enquiries, demonstrations, and conversions.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, customer feedback, and operational issues.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI/card payments, and basic store documentation as required.

Customer Follow-up & After-Sales

- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the service/support team regarding installation, warranty, complaints, and after-sales requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales/store management.
- Experience in home appliances, electronics, consumer durables, or premium retail will be preferred.
- Robust sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical product features in a simple manner.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented, presentable, energetic, and customer-focused.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be a strong salesperson and capable store manager who can independently manage the showroom, lead the sales team, conduct product demonstrations, achieve sales targets, and provide an excellent customer experience Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
