About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stockist to manage our warehouse inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of goods, and keeping the warehouse well-organized at all times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize and arrange the warehouse in a systematic and efficient manner
2. Conduct stock counts on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly as required)
3. Maintain a daily tally of stock inward (received) and outward (dispatched/sold)
4. Prepare and share stock summary reports with management
5. Maintain minimum stock level (reorder point) records for all items
6.



Prepare and send reorder product lists to purchasing/procurement team in a timely manner
7. Inspect incoming stock for quality, quantity, and damage before storing
8. Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and accounts teams for stock reconciliation
9. Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages
10. Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements (invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, etc.)
11. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse/storage area
12. Assist in physical stock audits and support internal/external auditors when required
13. Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling and storing goods
14. Monitor slow-moving and non-moving stock and report to management
15. Coordinate with logistics/delivery personnel for smooth dispatch and receipt of goods

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse/stock-keeping role preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
