About the Role

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to join our restaurant team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and courteous attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, special dishes, and offers to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Serve food and beverages properly and professionally.
- Check with guests regarding their dining experience and attend to their requirements.
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, chairs, and service area.
- Ensure proper placement of cutlery, crockery, glasses, napkins, and other table essentials.
- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Support other departments or restaurant activities whenever required.




- Maintain discipline, punctuality, grooming, and skilled behavior at all times.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior restaurant/hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
