Vandana Ispat is looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage day-to-day plant and field operations. The candidate will be responsible for labour coordination, work allocation, housekeeping supervision, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of operational activities.
Mandatory: Candidates must have prior experience in the Iron & Steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant and field operations.
- Allocate tasks to labour and monitor work performance.
- Manage labour attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness across the facility.
- Monitor ongoing work and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and site-related issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Maintain basic records and daily operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Handle other operational responsibilities as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the Iron & Steel industry.
- Previous experience in plant supervision, field supervision, or labour management.
- Strong manpower handling and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities.
- Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working in a plant/field environment.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
Compensation & Advantages Salary: 18,000 – 23,000 per month
PF: PF deduction and PF benefits are not provided by the company.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
