SRE / Platform Engineer – Banking Domain

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Visakhapatnam

Must-Have Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Platform Health & Release Management
- Hands-on experience with SRE concepts
- Production issue troubleshooting
- Splunk & Grafana experience
- Observability tools and practices
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

- Administer platforms and ensure availability and performance
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot production issues
- Manage vendor escalations
- Support ITSM practices
- Handle upgrades and releases
- Enable self-service through automation

Good to Have:

- AI & Automation
- Automation tools
- Cloud technologies
- Scripting
- Experience in regulated/compliance environments
