Ivanka Lumiere is a luxury lighting brand specializing in premium chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, floor lamps, table lamps, and bespoke lighting solutions. We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team at Sultanpur, MG Road.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
- Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment.
- Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and new collections.

Candidate Profile




- Female candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Experience in luxury retail, furniture, home décor, lighting, interior design, or premium lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.
- Comfortable working with architects, interior designers, and high-end clients.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
