- Preparing Invoices and sharing with clients
- Updating the database
- Entering accounts receivable / payable into system
- Account receivable collections followups
- Recording cash transactions related to Accounts Receivable, including the processing of credit card transactions
- Manage bank reconciliations
- Support to all aspects of the finance and accounting team
- Accounts payables
- Research on reconciling items
- Providing clerical and administrative support to management as requested
