Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, business-focused, and highly execution-oriented Sr. People Experience Partner to support our business operations across the APAC region. Based out of our Hyderabad office, this is an Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for a seasoned HR professional who can seamlessly balance strategic business partnering with end-to-end, hands-on operational execution.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and manage complex employee relations across a diverse, cross-cultural workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently driving people initiatives, managing regional compliance, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Strategic HR

- Trusted Advisor: Partner independently with APAC business leaders to align people strategies with organizational and business goals.
- Talent & Culture: Drive key talent initiatives including performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Performance Improvement: Support managers with performance improvement conversations, including setting clear expectations, documenting concerns, agreeing actions, and following up on progress.
- Employee Relations: Support managers with sensitive employee matters, difficult conversations, workplace concerns, and behavioural issues with appropriate judgement and confidentiality.
- Change Management: Guide regional teams through organizational change initiatives to foster a resilient, high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Collaborate with the right internal and external stakeholders, including global COEs, Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, IT, Legal, and vendors, to resolve employee and business requirements effectively.

HR Operations & Lifecycle Excellence

- Lifecycle Ownership: Independently manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding to deliver a strong employee experience.
- Retention Insights: Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and provide actionable insights to business leaders to improve retention.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain data integrity for core HR transactions and prepare monthly headcount reports and people analytics dashboards.
- Employee Helpdesk: Own HR Connect and Exit Connect channels, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of employee queries.
- Ownership & Accountability: Take end-to-end ownership of people matters, proactively follow up on actions, and ensure issues are driven to timely closure.

Payroll, Benefits & Regional Compliance

- Payroll Input Governance: Validate and provide monthly payroll inputs and resolve discrepancies with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
- APAC Compliance: Ensure adherence to regional employment laws, company policies, and statutory benefits across APAC countries. Support internal and external compliance audits.
- Global Mobility & Business-Critical Support: Coordinate visas, immigration requirements, Employment Pass (EP) renewals, extensions, and other urgent mobility requirements to support business continuity and employee needs.




- Benefits Administration: Manage annual insurance enrolments, renewals, and employee claims coordination with external providers.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven Experience: 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner / People Partner.
- Regional Exposure: Hands-on experience supporting APAC countries and working with cross-cultural and distributed stakeholders.
- IC Capability: Proven ability to operate successfully as an individual contributor with strong ownership, accountability, and independent execution.
- Functional Breadth: Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and APAC employment practices. Exposure to visa/immigration processes is an advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data orientation with experience in HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the confidence to manage difficult performance and behavioural conversations.
