Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Sr. Interior Designer with a strong background in corporate office interiors and commercial interior fit-out projects.

The candidate should have strong design thinking, space planning and presentation skills, along with the ability to independently handle projects from concept development through detailed design and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to design closure and execution support.
- Understand client requirements and translate briefs into creative, functional and commercially viable design solutions.
- Develop space plans, design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentations.
- Prepare and review layouts, detailed drawings, working drawings and design documentation.
- Develop and coordinate 3D views and presentation materials for client discussions and approvals.
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and products for corporate office interiors.
- Present design concepts and material selections confidently to clients.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal Design, Projects, Estimation and Purchase teams.
- Ensure designs are practical, execution-ready and aligned with approved project budgets and timelines.




- Conduct site visits as required to ensure execution is aligned with approved designs and drawings.
- Resolve design and coordination issues during project execution.
- Manage multiple projects and design deliverables while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Guide and review the work of junior and intermediate designers.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawings, approvals and project-related design records.
- Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, products and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Corporate Office Interior Design / Commercial Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatory.
- Strong creative ability, design sense, imagination and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, design principles, materials and finishes.
- Experience in Turnkey Design & Build projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of graphic design and other design/presentation software will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Ability to prepare and understand detailed and working drawings.
- Good understanding of site execution and design coordination.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior and intermediate designers.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and work effectively under pressure and tight timelines.
- Strong team player with a passion for design.
