Qualification: B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location: Bhopal

Role Overview

Responsible for handling contract administration, preparation and evaluation of claims, financial analysis related to contractual matters, variation orders, and coordination with project teams for effective contract management in railway, metro and other infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and administer project contracts in accordance with contractual conditions and project requirements.
- Preparation, analysis, and management of contractual claims, financial claims, extension of time (EOT) claims, and variation claims.
- Evaluate contractor and client claims with proper contractual justification and supporting documentation.
- Maintain records related to correspondence, change orders, disputes, variations, and contractual notices.




- Coordinate with engineering, planning, billing, and project execution teams for claim substantiation and contractual compliance.
- Assist in preparation of contractual letters, notices, replies, and claim submissions.
- Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, payment terms, and risk factors during project execution.
- Support dispute resolution processes, arbitration matters, and contract negotiations wherever required.
- Analyze project cost impacts arising from delays, variations, and scope changes.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and applicable project procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to claims, contracts, variations, and financial recoveries.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of contract management and claims procedures in infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC/standard contract conditions shall be preferred.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret contractual clauses and prepare detailed claim justifications.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation management.
