Key Responsibilities

- Manage the procurement process for medical equipment, devices, and related products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Research and compare medical equipment specifications, product quality, pricing, and supplier capabilities.
- Participate in vendor selection and evaluation to ensure the procurement of suitable and compliant products.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial and contractual terms with suppliers.
- Assist with national and international tender procedures related to medical equipment and healthcare products.
- Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, product specifications, documentation, delivery timelines, and other procurement-related matters.
- Ensure purchased products meet applicable regulatory, quality assurance,



and safety standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action in cases of delayed delivery, quality concerns, or other supply-related issues.
- Maintain proper procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and relevant documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of products and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely sourcing.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
