Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and technically sound Solar O&M; Engineer to manage the operation and maintenance activities of rooftop solar power plants and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute preventive (AMC) and corrective maintenance of rooftop solar PV systems.

· Conduct routine inspection of rooftop solar plants.

· Monitor plant generation and identify faults or underperformance.

· Check DCDB, ACDB, inverter systems, cables, earthing, and protection systems.

· Perform breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

· Coordinate with clients during maintenance visits and resolve technical concerns.

· Maintain safety standards during all electrical and maintenance work.





· Report daily work status and site updates to the reporting manager.

· Ensure proper functioning and uptime of solar systems through regular monitoring.

Eligibility Criteria

· Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

· Prior experience in Solar O&M; or electrical maintenance will be preferred.

· Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.

Technical Skills Required

· Basic understanding of solar power systems.

· Knowledge of AC & DC electrical systems.

· Ability to use electrical testing tools and instruments.

· Basic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.

Other Requirements

· Willingness to travel to project sites.

· Basic report writing and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently at project sites.

· Responsible and disciplined approach toward maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
