About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our financial crime compliance solutions, specifically within the Actimize platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise coupled with strong functional knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML), fraud detection, and compliance modules.

The SME will work closely with clients, understanding their requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of Actimize applications. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical financial security systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and advancing the organization’s capabilities in combating financial crimes.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.




- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience working with Actimize applications, particularly within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.
- Deep understanding of Actimize modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), UDM, and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).
- Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring, alert management, and case workflows.
- Experience in creating regression test suites and understanding of end-to-end data flow across upstream and downstream systems.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with clients and gather requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS).
- Knowledge of AML regulations such as BSA, OFAC sanctions, and financial crime compliance frameworks.
- Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements related to AML, fraud detection, and compliance processes.
- Analyze and map client needs to Actimize solutions, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Configure and optimize Actimize modules including SAM, RCM, SAR, WLF, CDD, UDM,



and IFM to meet client specifications.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to ensure end-to-end data flow integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Actimize applications.
- Conduct detailed analysis of transaction monitoring alerts and case workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment, integration, and ongoing support of Actimize solutions within client environments.
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal system performance.
- Document technical specifications, process workflows, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
