About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our agile team at TCS. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Actimize applications within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and implement solutions that enhance the organization’s financial crime prevention capabilities.
The SME will be responsible for providing technical guidance, supporting end-to-end transaction monitoring workflows, and developing regression test suites to ensure system integrity across upstream and downstream systems. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial crime prevention tools, contribute to critical compliance initiatives, and grow within a globally recognized organization.
Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Certification as a CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)
is highly advantageous. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Actimize modules, with a strong techno-functional understanding of AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance solutions. Proficiency in modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM is essential.
Familiarity with Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and AIS (Actimize Intelligence Server) platforms is required. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, with experience in requirement gathering, client interactions, and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of financial crime compliance standards, BSA/AML regulations, and sanctions screening processes is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on Actimize solutions tailored to AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance needs.
- Analyze existing workflows and design optimal end-to-end transaction monitoring, alert management, and case handling processes within Actimize applications.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites to validate data flows and system integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
- Configure and customize Actimize modules such as SAM, RCM, SAR, CDD/KYC, WLF, UDM, and IFM to meet client-specific compliance requirements.
- Support system upgrades, troubleshooting,
and performance tuning to ensure high availability and accuracy of detection mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
- Stay updated with evolving financial crime regulations and ensure solutions remain compliant with BSA/AML, OFAC, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in creating documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users and support teams.
