Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining sophisticated automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of our client-facing applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define testing strategies that align with business goals. Your work will directly influence the quality of the end-user experience, ensuring that our software deployments are seamless, secure, and highly performant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java to streamline the testing lifecycle and reduce manual intervention.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure continuous quality feedback throughout the development process.
- Execute comprehensive testing strategies using Playwright to validate complex web applications and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Evaluate and improve the UX of applications by identifying usability bottlenecks and performance issues during the testing phase.




- Mentor junior team members on best practices in automation and code quality to foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering group.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable test scenarios that mitigate risk and improve product stability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch using Java.
- Proven ability to configure and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to support rapid deployment cycles.
- Strong proficiency in modern testing tools, specifically Playwright, for high-performance web automation.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to advocate for user-centric design improvements during the development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or in office environment in Vadodara, maintaining high levels of productivity and team collaboration.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
