Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The specialist will plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring social media channels, responding to audience interactions,



and optimizing campaigns using performance analytics. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with broader digital marketing strategies and business objectives. The specialist will also stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and platform best practices to continuously improve NS3TechSolutions’ online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign optimization, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
