Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, assisting with graphics or short-form video content, monitoring social media channels, responding to audience interactions under guidance, and collecting performance data for reports.



The intern will collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with campaign goals, research trends, keywords, and competitor activity, and contribute ideas for improving reach and engagement.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Midnapore, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including familiarity with major platforms and basic understanding of audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with a foundational grasp of online campaigns, branding principles, and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, collaborative teamwork, and professional interaction with internal team.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and editing tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Filmora, etc.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in advertising and brand building will be considered an advantage.
