Role & responsibilities
What you'll own
Calendar & publishing
- Own one unified content calendar across all three brands every post scheduled, briefed, versioned and published on time, every time.
- Run the brief-to-asset loop with the design resource: briefs in, assets back, deadlines held.
- Coordinate cadence peaks launches and campaigns for the consumer brand, corporate milestones for the parent, event-calendar rhythms for the motorsport brand (per that brand owner's plan).
Quality control — the core of this job
- Pre-publish QC on every asset and caption: spelling, grammar, links, tags.
- Factual and claims check against the approved claims sheet — certifications, standards, prices and offers are verified before publishing, never assumed. Zero-error standard.
- Version discipline: the approved file is the published file.
Community
- Comment and DM triage across brands with response SLAs; product and service issues escalated to the Team Lead same day.
- Tone-correct responses per brand voice — reassuring and precise for parents, skilled for B2B, energetic for fans.
Insights & reporting
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting: post-level and channel-level, across organic and paid (paid numbers supplied by the Digital Marketing & E-commerce seat).
- Turn insights into next-calendar actions — what worked, what didn't, what changes.
- Maintain the reporting sheet/dashboard the leadership actually reads.
What you won't own
- Design production — the existing design resource owns assets; you own briefs, deadlines and QC.
- Paid-media buying and budgets — the Digital Marketing & E-commerce seat owns Meta/Google; you consolidate the numbers.
- Strategy for the motorsport brand — its owner sets direction; you execute the calendar to that plan.
Competencies Must-have
- Obsessive written accuracy in English (Hindi a plus) — you catch the error everyone else missed, every time.
- Calendar and deadline discipline across multiple simultaneous streams.
- Native platform literacy: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube basics, X — formats, timings, mechanics.
- Analytics reading: you can open platform insights and say what happened and why it matters.
- Voice-switching: you can write and edit credibly for a worried parent, a plant head, and a race fan in the same afternoon.
Strong plus
- Experience running multiple handles or a content calendar for more than one brand.
- Basic scheduling-tool and Excel/reporting fluency.
- Any exposure to regulated or claims-sensitive categories (health, kids, finance, auto).
Preferred candidate profile 1–3 years managing social execution — or an exceptional fresher with a portfolio that proves the discipline. We hire this seat on demonstrated competency, not years. Show us handles, calendars or reports you have actually run.
How we'll assess you
- The proofing test: a pack of draft posts seeded with errors — spelling, a wrong price, and a wrong certification claim. We count what you catch.
- The calendar exercise: build two weeks across three brands from a messy brief, with dependencies.
- The insights read: a real performance screenshot — tell us what happened and what you'd change next week.
- A short conversation on how you handle a late designer and an angry commenter.
