HouseofProject is a Business Management & Consulting firm that takes on end-to-end business and execution projects for its clients. We work with a combination of our internal team and specialised freelancers across areas such as content production, scriptwriting, video editing, social media, design and other project-specific functions.

We are now looking for a Social Media Intern who can become the execution bridge between our strategy team, freelancers, production teams and clients.

This is not a passive internship where you simply schedule posts. You will get hands-on exposure to how real client projects are planned, produced, managed, reviewed and delivered.

What You'll Work On

- Work with the founder and strategy team on content strategy and planning for client projects.
- Coordinate with freelance scriptwriters, editors, production teams and other specialists.
- Manage day-to-day communication between HOP, freelancers and clients through WhatsApp groups and calls.
- Track every content piece from idea → script → production → editing → client approval → final delivery → posting.
- Check edited videos for spelling, subtitles, captions, cuts, formatting and basic quality before they reach the client.
- Coordinate revisions between the client and the relevant freelancer/team member.
- Maintain deadlines and ensure all agreed monthly deliverables are completed on time.
- Ensure approved content is posted on the client's social media pages according to the content calendar.
- Keep track of pending scripts, shoots, edits, approvals and posts so nothing gets missed.
- Check scheduled Sunday posts and make sure they are published correctly and on time.
- Work with approximately 3 clients across 4 WhatsApp groups.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and other social-media platform changes, features, trends and updates.




- Help identify helpful trends, formats, hooks and content ideas that can be adapted for our clients.

While the role is primarily remote, you may occasionally be required to come to client shoots, HOP meetings, production locations or other official work when required for project execution. Such requirements will be communicated in advance wherever possible. Creative & Social Media Exposure

We would especially value candidates who have:

- Created or experimented with UGC videos
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Basic video editing experience using Instagram Edits or similar tools
- Understanding of reels, short-form content and social-media formats
- Interest in influencer marketing / PR management
- Understanding of how brands can work with social-media creators
- Curiosity about new Instagram/YouTube features and platform updates

Work Schedule The role is primarily Monday to Friday.

You will only need to check scheduled Sunday content to ensure it goes live correctly.

For clients following a Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (TTS) posting schedule, Monday will be your weekly off instead of Saturday.

Compensation & Growth

Stipend: ₹8,000/month for the first 3 months

After 3 months: ₹10,000/month

This internship comes with a PPO opportunity based on performance, ownership, learning ability and overall fit with the HOP team.

Work Mode: Remote, unless you are later asked to work from the office based on the requirements of the role.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, responsible, curious and comfortable taking ownership.

You don't need to be an expert in social media already. But you should be someone who notices when a subtitle is wrong, remembers that a client approval is pending, follows up with an editor before the deadline, understands why a reel needs to go live today, and is genuinely interested in learning how content and social media businesses actually operate.
