We are looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who is genuinely interested in social media, content creation, trends, and digital marketing. If you spend time understanding Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging content trends—and want to turn that interest into a career—this role could be a great fit.

This is a hands-on, in-office role where you will work closely with our marketing and creative team on real campaigns and brand accounts.

As a Social Media & Content Intern, you will be involved in the complete content cycle—from finding ideas and researching trends to creating, editing, writing, publishing, and analysing content.You will get practical exposure to how businesses and brands use social media to build awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.

About Role

Content & Ideas

- Ideate Instagram Reels, posts, carousels, stories and YouTube Shorts.
- Research trending content, audio, formats, hooks and social media trends.
- Convert trends into relevant ideas for different brands and audiences.
- Assist in creating monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs and short-form scripts.
- Bring fresh content references and creative ideas to planning discussions.

Content Creation

- Shoot basic videos and Reels using a smartphone.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, InShot or similar tools.
- Assist with scripting, shooting and presenting video content.




- Create simple social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, style and visual communication.

Social Media Management

- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts and Reels.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Assist with community management and timely responses.
- Track content performance and identify what is working.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, marketers and other team members to execute content calendars.

What We're Looking for

- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Regularly follows social media trends, creators and viral formats.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar tools.
- Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone.
- Willingness to appear on camera for Reels or promotional content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate current content ideas.
- Ability to understand feedback and implement changes quickly.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools for content creation and marketing.
- Ability to work from the office and collaborate with the team.
- Willingness to travel locally for shoots,



events or client-related content when required.

Good to have

- Personal Instagram page, YouTube channel, LinkedIn page or content portfolio.
- Previous internship/freelance experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience creating Reels/Shorts.
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags and social media analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI or other content-creation tools.
