We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media & Influencer Marketing Expert to join our growing marketing team.

Job Location : M92- Greater Kailash-1, M Block, Recent Delhi 110048

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete social media management across all major platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Coordinate content shoots, reels, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and trend-based videos
- Work closely with doctors, creators, editors, designers, and marketing team members
- Create creative concepts for campaigns, reels, ads, stories, and brand collaborations
- Manage Meta Business Suite, scheduling, reporting, audience engagement, and performance tracking
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to collaboration execution
- Approach and coordinate with influencers, bloggers, creators, and celebrities for partnerships
- Build and maintain influencer databases and relationship management
- Manage WhatsApp API marketing campaigns and customer engagement workflows
- Handle CRM coordination,



lead follow-ups, and marketing data organization
- Use AI tools for content creation, scripting, captions, idea generation, automation, and workflow optimization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand activities
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats

Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and audience engagement
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite
- Knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing automation
- Strong communication and influencer handling skills
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and content vision
- Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, luxury, or aesthetic industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Robust team coordination and leadership skills
