Role Description The Social Media Growth role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on expanding the brand’s digital presence and engagement across social platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling platform-specific content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and conversion. The individual will collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital strategies and ongoing EdTech, career, and technology programs.

Daily activities include audience engagement,



trend monitoring, community building, and testing current formats and channels to drive growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to plan, produce, and optimize platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to integrate social media efforts with broader brand and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage diverse audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand consistently.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, Google Analytics, or similar) and data-driven optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with EdTech, online learning, or career development domains is advantageous, along with creativity in storytelling and visual content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple platforms and campaigns, and adapt quickly to emerging social trends is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
