Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven SMO Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and analyzing campaign performance.

Agency experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the content, graphic design, and video teams for social media creatives.
- Write engaging captions, posts, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Schedule and publish posts using relevant social media management tools.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports for clients.
- Handle multiple client accounts and manage deadlines effectively.
- Support social media campaigns and paid promotion activities when required.




- Identify opportunities for improving engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platform algorithms and trends.

Required Skills
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in SMO/Social Media Marketing.
- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a digital marketing/social media agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hashtags, audience research, competitor analysis, and social media trends.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously in an agency setup.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
