About Vibescapes

Vibescapes is a homegrown boutique hospitality company creating and managing nature-first resorts, villas, dining experiences and getaways across Maharashtra.

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to take ownership of our day-to-day social content.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can repurpose existing content, shoot fresh content, edit independently and turn the Vibescapes experience into engaging social media.

We already have a substantial library of photos, videos and high-resolution property footage. You will be expected to make the most of this content while travelling to our properties when fresh content needs to be created.

What You’ll Do

Content Repurposing

- Organise and understand our existing photo and video library
- Identify unused footage and repurpose it into fresh content
- Re-edit older footage with new concepts
- Create multiple pieces of content from existing shoots
- Create Reels, Stories and carousels
- Build content banks for our properties and brands
- Turn existing shoots into consistent weeks of social content

Content Shooting

Travel to Vibescapes properties when fresh content is required and independently create:
- Reels
- Stories
- Property walkthroughs
- Rooms and villas
- Pools and outdoor spaces
- Food and beverages
- Guest experiences
- Nature and surroundings
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Founder content
- Events
- The Grove content
- UGC-style content

You should be comfortable shooting with an iPhone and DSLR/mirrorless or professional equipment where available.

A good understanding of composition, framing, lighting and movement is significant.

Video & Content Editing

You will independently edit both content you shoot and footage provided by the team.

You should be comfortable with:

- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve




- Canva

You should understand

- Short-form video editing
- Reel pacing and hooks
- Text overlays
- Music and sound
- Basic colour correction and grading
- Captions
- High-resolution exports
- Instagram formats

You must be comfortable working with both iPhone footage and professional high-resolution footage.

Social Media Management

You will handle the day-to-day publishing of our social content, including:
- Instagram Reels
- Instagram Stories
- Carousels
- Posts
- Captions
- Covers
- Highlights
- Scheduling and publishing
- Basic community management
- Guest tags
- UGC reposts

Instagram will be the primary platform.

Content Across Vibescapes

You will create content across:
- Vibescapes — hospitality brand, experiences and founder-led content
- Resorts & Villas — property, rooms, experiences and destination content
- The Grove by Vibescapes — food, drinks, chef, atmosphere, guests, events, music and weekend experiences
- Founder Content — founder-led videos and behind-the-scenes content
- UGC & Guest Content — guest tags, UGC collection, reposts and social-proof content

Content Calendar

- Maintain the weekly content schedule
- Ensure content is ready on time
- Identify missing content
- Prepare shoot requirements
- Coordinate content requirements with properties
- Ensure consistent posting
- Keep Stories active

Basic Content Performance

You should understand basic Instagram analytics and be able to identify:
- Which Reels perform well
- Which content receives shares and saves
- What audiences respond to
- Which formats are worth repeating The expectation is simple:

Create → Publish → Observe → Improve





Who We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, video editing, digital content, brand content or hospitality/travel/lifestyle content
- Strong Instagram knowledge
- Strong Reel editing skills
- Strong short-form video skills
- iPhone videography experience
- Experience editing high-resolution/professional footage
- Strong content repurposing skills
- Basic photography skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Social media publishing experience
- Content calendar management experience
- Good storytelling and visual sense
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisation and consistency
- Comfortable travelling to Vibescapes properties when required
- Interest in travel, hospitality, food and lifestyle

Good to Have

- Hospitality or travel content experience

Work Model

Remote-first.

You can work remotely for the majority of the role. You will be expected to travel to Vibescapes properties when on-ground content creation is required.

This may include shoots at:

- Panchgani
- Lonavala
- Mulshi
- Karjat
- Kamshet
- Other Vibescapes locations

Official travel for required shoots will be covered as per company policy.
