About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator & Reels Intern to help us create engaging, visually appealing content for Instagram.

This is a hands-on content creation role involving ideation and planning to shooting and editing. We’re looking for someone who understands Instagram Reels, follows current trends, has a strong visual sense, and enjoys turning ideas into content.

Responsibilities

- Come up with creative and trend-led Instagram Reel ideas
- Plan content from concept to execution, including references, shots, angles, hooks, and styling
- Shoot engaging jewellery, product, lifestyle, and brand content
- Edit Instagram Reels, videos, and posts
- Adapt trending audios, formats, and ideas to fit the Manmay aesthetic
- Coordinate and participate in content shoots
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual style
- Post approved content on Instagram when required

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience or confidence in shooting and editing short-form video content




- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, hooks, audios, and visual storytelling
- Ability to take a Reel from idea → shoot → edit
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools and Canva
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for social media content
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to experiment with recent ideas
- An interest in fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle content is a plus

Location

Candidates must currently be based in Hyderabad.

This is a hybrid internship. You must be available to attend in-person content shoots at our office or shoot locations whenever required. Physical presence for shoots is mandatory.

Content planning, editing, and other content-related work can be done remotely.

Stipend

Upto ₹12,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and portfolio.
