We're looking for a Social Media Associate who genuinely loves social media, understands creators and trends, and enjoys talking to people.

This role sits at the intersection of Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, and Content Marketing. Your main focus will be discovering creators, reaching out to them, building relationships, and growing Thrillark's creator network across our destinations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No prior professional experience is required. We're more interested in your communication skills, personality, curiosity, and genuine interest in social media.

What you'll do

- Discover and research influencers, creators, micro-influencers, and travel creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build genuine relationships and onboard creators into Thrillark's creator network.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and complimentary experiences.
- Manage creator communication, follow-ups, content deliverables, and timelines.
- Research social media trends and identify new creators and collaboration opportunities.
- Help repurpose creator content across social media, website, ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Track creator outreach, collaborations, and campaign performance.

What we're looking for

- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Confident reaching out to current people and starting conversations.
- Friendly, proactive, and naturally good at building relationships.
- Genuine interest in social media, influencer marketing, creators, and digital content.
- Active familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus points if you have

- Managed an Instagram page, TikTok account, YouTube channel, or online community.
- Created Reels, Shorts, UGC, or other social media content.
- Experience with influencer outreach or creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, or Airtable.
- An existing network of creators or micro-influencers.
- Interest in travel, content creation, digital marketing, or startups.
