About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Lead with 8+ years of expertise in Sitecore development, architecture, upgrades, migrations, and modern headless implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP/XM, Sitecore Headless/JSS/SXA, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and contemporary front-end technologies. The candidate must be a certified Sitecore professional and should have proven experience leading end-to-end Sitecore upgrade and migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Sitecore development, upgrade, migration, and implementation projects.
- Design scalable and secure Sitecore solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Create architectural diagrams, technical designs, and solution documentation.
- Work extensively with Sitecore AI (XM Cloud) and Sitecore XP/XM versions 9 and 10.
- Develop and customize Sitecore solutions using .NET/C#.
- Design and implement Sitecore Headless solutions using JSS, SXA, Sitecore APIs, and Sitecore Graph.
- Work with GraphQL and modern Sitecore integration approaches.
- Integrate Sitecore with modern front-end frameworks including React and Next.js.
- Design and manage cloud/containerized Sitecore deployments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines and deployment platforms such as Vercel.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for Sitecore environments.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and other AI tools while maintaining ownership of architecture, code quality, technical decisions, and delivery.




- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve development productivity and engineering workflows.
- Perform performance tuning, caching optimization, and scalability improvements for high-traffic Sitecore environments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Evaluate and work with other DXP platforms such as Optimizely, Contentful, and Contentstack where required.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of Sitecore development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#.
- Experience with Sitecore AI / XM Cloud.
- Strong experience with Sitecore XP/XM versions 9 and 10.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Sitecore upgrades and migrations.
- Certified Sitecore Professional – Mandatory .
- Experience creating architectural diagrams and technical designs.
- Experience with Sitecore Headless, JSS, and SXA.
- Cloud and containerization experience for Sitecore deployments.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines.
- Experience with deployment platforms such as Vercel.
- Experience with GraphQL, Sitecore Graph, and Sitecore APIs.
- Experience with React and Next.js in headless Sitecore implementations.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, caching, and scalability.

Required Skills

- Experience using Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience using AI tools for software development.
- Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining responsibility for code quality, architecture, security, and technical decisions.
