- Site Management: Directing daily work activities, managing site logistics, and ensuring compliance with blueprints and building codes.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA or local safety standards, conducting safety inspections, and resolving hazards.
- Coordination: Organizing subcontractors, laborers, and equipment maintenance to maintain project schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspecting materials and completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Reporting: Providing daily progress reports to project managers regarding milestones, labor, and issues. Required Skills and Qualifications





- Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or similar construction role.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and technical documents.
- Leadership: Solid communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse crews.
