nn Role Overview

nFor over three decades, MSI's philanthropic initiatives have created lasting impact across education,



healthcare and nutrition, vocational training, and community development. We are seeking an Associate – Social Impact Team to join our Bengaluru office.

nn Summary -The role involves managing relationships with nonprofit partners, conducting field visits

nand project assessments across India, monitoring funded initiatives, evaluating grant opportunities,

nand identifying partnerships that strengthen MSI's philanthropic initiatives. This position requires a

nproactive individual who enjoys working directly with communities, nonprofit organizations, and

nstakeholders to create measurable social impact.

nn Key Responsibilities

n• Support MSI's Senior Manager of Social Impact in executing and managing MSI's Social

nImpact initiatives in both the US and India.

n• Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners and serve as a primary point

nof contact.

n• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, interact with beneficiaries,

nverify outcomes, and provide recommendations based on ground-level observations.

n• Lead project monitoring, evaluations, and impact assessments to ensure funded initiatives

nachieve their intended outcomes.

n• Support end-to-end NGO onboarding,



organizational due diligence, and compliance with

nfunding and reporting requirements.

n• Review grant proposals, project plans, budgets, and supporting documentation to assist in

nfunding recommendations.

n• Prepare comprehensive field visit reports, impact assessments, and management

npresentations.

n• Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports.

n• Develop partnerships with foundations, CSR organizations, government agencies, and other

nstakeholders to expand MSI's social impact initiatives.

n• Identify and leverage relevant public policies and government schemes to strengthen and

nscale charitable initiatives.

n• Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives, including volunteering programs, donation

ndrives, awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities for Bengaluru office

nemployees.

n• Represent MSI at partner meetings, conferences, workshops, and community engagements.

n• Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.

nn Candidate Profile

nn• Master's degree in Social Work, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, Public

nPolicy, Rural Management, or a related field.

n• 3–5 years of experience in the philanthropy, CSR, or nonprofit sector, preferably in

neducation, healthcare, nutrition, or livelihood development.

n• Experience in grant management, grant administration, project monitoring, due diligence,

nimpact assessment, and stakeholder management.

n• Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills.
