Responsible for managing all interior and construction projects from execution to final handover, ensuring quality, cost and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor all project execution.
- Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors and workers.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Vendors, Contractors and Clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, material usage and wastage.
- Ensure quality and site safety standards.
- Resolve site issues and project delays.
- Conduct inspections, snag clearance and final handover.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
Education Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
