– SITE MEASUREMENT1. Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate on-site measurements of buildings, structures, landscapes, and interior spaces.

- Ensure measurements align with architectural drawings, blueprints, and project requirements.

- Record and document measurements clearly for project managers and construction teams.

- Coordinate with clients, builders, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Report site conditions such as access issues, structural challenges, debris, or readiness concerns.

1. Drafting &
- Design

- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, layouts, plans, and elevation drawings based on site measurements.

- Convert sketches and specifications into detailed technical drawings.

- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements.

- Create basic layout sketches based on on-site data.

- Submit drawings and elevation data within the required timelines.

1. CAD &
- File Management

- Proficiently use CAD software to create, modify, and finalize technical drawings.

- Maintain proper folder structures and systematically organize drawings for easy reference.

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and minimum errors.

1. Operations &
- Project Management

- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely project delivery.

- Work towards management-set targets and follow company SOPs.

- Delegate tasks to Junior 2D Draftspersons and supervise assigned work.

- Manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with relevant industry trends, techniques, and software.

1. Quality Control &
- Problem Solving

- Conduct quality checks and correct drawing errors or inconsistencies.

- Resolve design issues and coordinate with project teams for effective solutions.





- Address challenges or conflicts with clients and team members.

- Maintain high standards of quality while meeting project deadlines.

1. Communication, Training &
- Workplace Culture

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Participate in design review meetings.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Maintain a positive, professional, and cooperative work environment.

- Follow company policies, punctuality, code of conduct, and workplace standards.

1. Standard Timelines &
- Deliverables

- 2 BHK: Site measurement layout plan – Same Day

- 3 BHK: Wall elevation measurements – Next Day

- Villa: Site measurement & layout plan – Next Day

- Large Villa / Independent House: Detailed measurement, layout & elevation – Within 2 Working Days

1. Working Conditions &
- Travel

- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather/site conditions.

- Physical stamina for walking and measuring large areas.

- In-city and outstation travel may be required, including short-notice travel.

- Meal Allowance: ₹400 per day, maximum 3 meals.

- Last-minute site travel must be informed at least 2 days in advance with reporting-manager email approval.

- For outstation visits, the Outstation Travel Form must be completed; the company will arrange bus/train tickets.

1. Additional Expectations

- Measurement errors or missed areas must be corrected promptly.

- Be proactive, organized, and quick in documenting site data.

- Coordinate with clients/builders to ensure site access and support.

- Overall responsibility remains with the site measurer for accurate and timely output.

Pay: ₹10,029.16 - ₹32,559.27 per month
