We are looking for a Site Engineer – Railway Telecom with 1+ years of experience in railway telecom, railway infrastructure, civil construction, or telecom infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day railway telecom and civil site activities.
- Coordinate tower foundations, equipment foundations, cable trenching, shelters, earthing, and related civil works.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor site conditions.
- Coordinate with Railway officials, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check materials, manpower, tools, and equipment available at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site reports, measurements, and material records.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, quantity calculations, material planning, and cost estimation.
- Ensure compliance with Railway safety procedures and project safety standards.




- Monitor quality of construction and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, inspection reports, and work records.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress and site issues.
- Travel to railway project sites around Bangalore/Karnataka as required.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Site Engineer / Civil Site Engineer.
- Railway Telecom / Railway Infrastructure experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant internship/project exposure may also be considered.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Valuable knowledge of civil site execution and construction activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
